Hey, Fred I was very excited about getting you to come over and show me the products and services that you offer. As you know I have a big yard and the water bill can be frightening during the summer months. To my surprise I went out to get a little educated on turfs and saw each one, frankly yours looks and feels the best.
I spoke with the other companies and one came over to give me a bid. They would not even do the preparation to have the turf installed. They told me to call an outside company. They did not even mention about shrinking the size of my lawn, or any suggestions or solutions to reduce my water usage.
After reviewing your proposal I'm delighted to see how much money you would save me on the installation. I know the work that you do is great. I have seen your photo albums and you guys rock. I look forward to never mowing my lawn again.
